Order Policies

Kalpana Tropicals, Inc. has been serving wholesale customers since 1987.  We wish to make your ordering process with us simple and enjoyable.

As a small family-owned farm with limited staff, the simplest and most reliable way to place an order is through our website.  Please utilize often.  Our team reviews your orders 1st thing in the morning and our goal is to build and ship most orders within 48 hours.

Our office hours are Mon - Thurs 7AM-3PM, Hawaii Time to answer your calls and emails.

Please keep in mind of time difference from Hawaii to CA (2hrs), UT (3hrs), TX (4hrs), NY (5hrs)

To receive wholesale prices, your order must meet the following:

1. Minimum order quantity = 24 (1 box) and
2. Minimum order quantity per item = 3 (or retail price will be applied)

To reduce shipping cost per plant, most of our established wholesale accounts order in item quantity of 6 and fill our largest box with 48 plants (depending on plant size).  We choose the most economical methods to ship on time.  We use FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Finally, we stand behind our quality, beautifully grown product with Aloha spirit.  If you find any issues with your order, please notify us immediately.  We will make it right.  We can only provide a remedy for damaged, missing or incorrect plants if we receive feedback within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.  Do not delay.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
